Yes, here one reason amung many. There is absolutely no room in a successful equation of a thriving reserve habitat that a scuba diver has a place or is needed in any way, shape or form. Let alone hoards of hundreds of divers exploring, damaging and messing up the delicate struction that needs to become established.
