According to you, "divers disrupt the ecosystem just by there presents [sic] there and fish bahavioral [sic] patterns are altered."

Diver pee also has some impact on the ecosystem. Although I have no scientific evidence, there is ample anecdotal evidence. For instance other divers seem to avoid those who pee in their wetsuits (especially if they are not in the water). Furthermore, fish are sensitive to sudden changes in PH and temperature that occurs when a diver pee in a wetsuit. Oddly though both dogs and flies seem to be attracted by wetsuits that have been peed upon…perhaps further research is needed.

Based on this evidence all peeing in wetsuits should be banned. Perhaps Laguna Beach would be a perfect “no-pee reserve” considering their history of frivolous regulations regarding buddies and snorkels.
