You're right, I really am trying to pin you down here. You've taken a very black-and-white position and as far as I'm concerned, unless you are willing to back up your words with action any further discussion about all this is a moot point. You can't go around telling other divers what they 'should' do and then refuse to commit yourself to the same action. It makes your stated position suspect and opens you up to charges of hypocricy.
It's one thing to talk the talks, it's another to walk the walk.
