To really make a statement, bungee your snorkel to your tank.
This way you can thumb your nose to the snorkel police in Laguna.
Me, I use one all the time. Just the other week I cruised all the way from Crescent to Irvine Cove snorkeling along and dropping down when it looked interesting.
