The onshore flow snapped back Thursday night, clearing all of that haze with it. In the years past i have seen that haze bring fresh leaves and ashes from distant fires 60-80 miles off the coast. Strong Santa ana winds also drive other creatures offshore such as barn owls and dragon flies.
On thursday afternoon there was some 67 degree water s/w of the Osborne, after the return of the flow the water had cooled to 62. SBI was nice this morning with good vis and 62 degree waters at the landing.
