There are coin operated lockers at the point where you can store valuables. Most folks, however, just leave their dive bags and extra gear at their staging area. There is a fill station right there at the point that will rent you tanks and weights. It closes at 4pm during the winter.
In addition, there's a small cafe where you can get snacks, drinks and lunch items right there too. And if you want to take a shower after you dive, there's a public shower about half way between the point and the green pier, just across from one of the yacht clubs.
One last tip, when you disembark from the ferry, take a cab over to the Point rather than hump your gear over. It's cheap and will save your back ;-)
