You ask a difficult and subjective question and one that only those who have used both regulators can answer. I've looked at these regulators and both are from very reputable manufacturers. The Z1 is the low-end Atomics - but is still a great reg relative to others out there - they are essentially the same as the B1/T1/M1 with the major differences being the materials used. B1 uses titanium in its second stage, T1 uses titanium in both stages, M1 uses monel and the Z1 uses a zirconium plated brass. The MK25/S600 has been around and has received great praise. Servicing ScubaPro should be easy as well since they have been around for a while and most diving destinations will have parts/service for them. I don't think you could go wrong with either of them. BTW, I have an Atomics and my wife has the ScubaPro.
