You can mention them but as you say there isn't any Sea Otters here in Southern California.

It's funny when we start talking about problems with the ocean how many different views that are expressed. Are you saying the kelp is better now then when the otters were there??? Possibly urchin barrens have very little to do with the presents of otters?
