This is the first time I've heard of this phenomenon that urchins can multiply by breaking up and feeding them to fish. My first impression is that this is not true. What I am getting to is, if we see an over abundance of urchins concentrations(which is an unknown quantity to me) is there something that should be done like breaking them up to take care of the problem?
