Ask the same question at scubadivernet.com. There you will get the real reason without the verbal diarrea that usually is dumped here. I mean how can you honestly believe that diving nitrox shallow on air table schedules is not safer???? Just because your divemasters are not nitrox certified or you don't believe your shop can make a buck selling nitrox??? Some agency lawyers says you might get sued so therefore it's a legal issue and liability??? How many stores or boats have been sued for allowing nitrox on their trips following an accident????
