I do sincerely appreciate the advice, but I don't think that correctly states what I think our public position is.
We're not saying our DMs are psychics and can predict bad diving behavior. But we ARE saying that when confronted directly with it (like running out of air), it may change our view as to whether you're fit to dive that day and will/should act accordingly.
