That's all well and good for you, but it sounds to me far more like another dose of typical DIR/self promotion than an answer to my question. I gotta tell you that over promotion of the DIR "we're better than you" attitude gets really old.
You say you were there. Do you know what was going wrong, rather than what you do right? As I recall they were bending which could have had to do with a lot of different things.
