Illegal on the west coast. Funny how they sell a "tickle stick" on th east coast that can be used to nudge them out. I just guessing, but I imagine it has something to do with the coral reefs on the east coast versus our lack of coral on this coast. Does anyone know of any other posssible reason or the actual answer why one coast is ok and the other isn't?
