My last trip to Catalina I saw seven Morays at Yellowtail Point. However no one elese on the boat saw any.
The ones I did see were way back in holes. They could no be easily seen. Seveverl of the ones I saw were only a glimpse of the side deep in a maze of rocks.
I even saw two morays at Talcot on my last dive trip.
