The TruWest parkas are great. Be sure to size it
to go OVER you wetsuit. It will cut down on
evaporative cooling.

Put on a hat. Dork hats (baseball cap with ear
flaps, a'la Elmer Fudd and Floyd R Turbo) are great.
You can get them at West Marine and OSH.

Take a gallon or two of hot water. Back in my
wetsuit days, I used to take two half gallon igloos
full of hot water, and put those in a soft side
cooler. They would stay hot till after the first
dive. Pour it slowly down the the front of your
farmer john. If you put your booties on the
outside of the john, they'll puff up like the
Michelin man, and your toes will feel OH SO GOOD.

Have a snack between dives. You need fuel to warm
up again.
