As someone who's been inside the big tanks, I can assure you that you can't hear a thing beyond the glass. I have no idea how sensitive the fish are to vibration, but I've been there when they've had live bands playing right in front of the Blue Cavern exhibit and the fish seemed pretty oblivious.
