here in Venice. I've always had a good experience with them with no problems at all. I've found them to be professional, polite, knowledgeable and to have a well-stocked inventory. I'm not sure what happened here, but I'm sure there's more than one side to this story. I've contacted the owner to let him know about this thread so he tell his side.
