Ken, with all due respect you are wrong. I obviously told them they could have their books, owner said he didn't want them back. Ask thr course director if he expressly told me that the policy didn't apply to me - if he does he's lying. Lastly, there was NOTHING on my receipts that say no refund, although i am sure it does now. There were 3 people there, Ken, and you weren't one of them.
