You could look at it that way ... and if you did, then you hit the calculator buttons correctly (7.3 lobsters, 4.0 fish -- mean).
I chose to look at it as the median & mean take of those who took (lobster 8 median, 21.8 mean; fish 10 median, 20.1 mean) -- while acknowledging that not everyone takes.
A perhaps interesting side note which illustrates how much difference a handful of dedicated folks can make to the numbers:
Lobster: the top 10 took 1,151 lobster -- or 44.8% of all lobster reported taken
Fish: the top 10 took 785 fish -- or 55.9% of all fish reported taken
