Thanks, but what I had in mind is probably not financially fesible. Set large pens out at sea in maybe 100 feet of water or more and stock them with a fast maturing fish (yellowtail reach maturety in 2 years) and grow or net the bait fish to feed them.
There should be a way to improve the current fish farms, especially at the price of fish today!
