I'm a Russian going to LA for some business early April. Never dived in California, though did so in Egypt, Puerto Rico, Guadeloupe, France, Greece, Kenia, Malaysia and some other places.
I would just not like to miss a chance. Any suggestion? I know nothing about diving at your place. What's the water temperature? Is it easy to find a center / a buddy to dive? Should I bring all my stuff with me or is it easy to rent on the spot?
I'm a OW PADI and 2nd level FFESSM (a Frence equivalent for PADI = AOW).
