Well, not exactly. Different species have different requirements. And not all of them can be recreated in an artificial environment. For instance, while White Sea Bass have been successfully bred and hatched, but nobody has been able to keep Black Sea Bass larvae alive more than a few weeks. And nobody knows exactly why yet.
