I have driven to their retail store a few times, after shopping for prices online, and they happened to have items that local stores didn't carry that i wanted and they had the best price for that item. I am not affiliated with them in anyway, but I think we have all had negative experiences with retail at sometime in our life. I will continue to buy items from them if they have what I want, and if they have the best price for that item. If they don't have the best price, I will buy from someone who does.
On a side note, each time I have been to the retail store, I have been treated very courteously.
