I wish it was that simple. My hands are currently tied by a lawsuit. But when it is over, oh the things I will say about our dive insurance and NAUI. (I forgot, I can't say that). A DM has absolutely no right or authority to check anyones game. I also have fought that in the past. I had one DM who insisted in doing just that. Well, he no longer works for me.
