You might try Lighthouse Reef Resort. It is on its own island so you won't be bothered by anyone except for a few other vacationers and the staff. It is all inclusive and the cottages are quite nice. There is nothing to do there except eat, sleep, dive, snorkle and fish. The only thing out at night are the bugs and the salt water crocadiles, be sure to take a flashlight and bug spray.
