as well. i have friends who own a condo at sand$, and they are really happy with the new pier and facility...much bigger than the old one. we stayed there a little over a year ago (before the pier was rebuilt)...den laman (restaruant next to the pier) is open now i think and has an outdoor bar...they are trying hard to rebuild what lenny tore down:-)
