I have gone out with the Aquatica. I will say the operation was good, but..... In a previous post someone mentioned that their cage was big enough to include children. Well that is what killed it for me on my dive. I like kids, and the one on my trip certainly did have a good time. But each time he was in the cage, the youngster was kicking and screaming. The sharks did not stay long and as a result were too skiddish for any out of the cage experience. Shark trips involving children should be done separately. If you are a photographer like me, don't get your jopes up if there are kids on the boat. Just my two cents.
