We keep hearing about these bad things over and over again. You always say the same thing over and over again. Things just don't change there and it is a problem at the top as far as I can tell. Search the archives here if you don't believe me. I have been a customer of Diver's Discount exactly 4 times out of necessity.
Three times in the actual stores before you closed them down and once mail order. NEVER AGAIN! Placed the order, confirmed the order and that it's available, submitted credit card info and then wait 43 days because it really wasn't available as advertised.
