I was wrong about the diver who die on Farnsworth last year (I guess). The story I got was that he was still in the entry level class.
But, he was still under the direct supervision of an instructor at the time of his death. I guess what I’m getting at is that some instructors are making very bad judgment calls. I don’t know if it’s from lack of experience, or lack of training ( or poor training), or lack of common sense.
I do know that stories like the one my customer told me a couple of days ago makes my blood boil. There is no reason for something like that to happen.
