We went with Ed Robinson's and had such a great time, we went on two additional trips we did not originally plan on taking.
There is some good beach diving north of the Kanaapali (sp) beaches. Ask around.
As far as local dive shops, here is a shop we were told the "locals" use. Their prices were good for rental tanks, weight belts and air fills. (We brought everything else)
