You should not be ridiculed for calling a trip because of weather. You are responsible for the safety of your passengers and crew. And for the safety of your boat. Everything else is BS.
The same people who bitched about canceling, would be the bitching about going (as they are all hanging over the side vomiting there guts up).
I would rather have a captain that puts the safety and well being of the passengers and crew first, then have a captain that go's in any weather so they can get paid for the charter.
