South Water Caye, Belize

We've decided on South Water Caye in Belize for our honeymoon. It's an all inclusive trip, so there's not many decisions to be made except the first night. We'll be in Dangriga for a night, anyone been there? Can you recommend any restaurants that serve exotic food: wildgame, indigenous recipes...etc?
