We've got one week to go as Chamber Day and Chamber Evening are NEXT Wednesday, May 7. It's not too late for you to get involved because this event requires the entire dive community working together to maximize it's success. Remember that you can get involved either by calling us at 310/652-4990 or through the website (link below). Here's where we are as of today:
CHAMBER DAY ($75) - We have about 350 divers signed up so far. We still have spaces available on the Aquatica, leaving out of Wilmington (near San Pedro). This boat couldn't join us last year so we're very happy to have them with us this year and appreciate Manny Koch and the crew donating their time. We hope you'll help us fill the Aquatica up.
FLKYING DUTCHMAN ($75) - Can't really go diving on May 7? Sign up for the Flying Dutchman and get a special commorative limited-edition t-shirt plus 5 raffle tickets and one ticket for the special "on-board" Dutchman raffle. We've got about 30 "divers" signed up so far.
CHAMBER DAY RAFFLE - Over $10,000 in prizes available and you don't have to be present to win. Tickets are $1 each with discounts for multiple ticket purchases.
CHAMBER EVENING ($75) - Roughly 300 people signed up so far and we can take up to 100 more. Join your favorite group's table or sit at an "open" table and meet some new folks. The whole evening is at the Aquarium of the Pacific and allows you time to stroll around plus enjoy a sumptuous sit-down catered dinner in the Great Hall of the Pacific.
CHAMBER EVENINMG RAFFLE - Must be present to win and features another $10K in prizes including a replica old-style brass hard-hat helmet. Tickets are $2 each (with discounts for multiples).
CHAMBER CHALLENGE - Currently just over $12,000 with plenty of room for your donation. We'd like to suggest $100, but any amount that's good for you works for us.
With your help, we can beat last year's total of $72,000. But we can't do it if you don't get involved. So please click on over to the website or pick up the phone (310/652-4990) and join us.
