These are probably polychaete tube ends, most likely of Chaetopterus. The pseudoannulate tube construction is not something I equate with this genus, but I do not see Chaetopterus tubes often. This genus makes a U-shapes tube with one end incurrent and the other excurrent. They filter feed by making a mucous funnel inside the tube, pump water to concentrate the plankton, then roll the tube into a ball and injest it.
