My wife and I were looking at the calendar and the 4th falls on a friday this year...looks to be a major three-day weedend! So we are looking to book a two or three day local trip before all the tourist fill them up (like last year). After surfing the net I haven't found much yet! If any of you fine folks know of anything pending out there please e-mail me balt@nethere.com. A bit about us if you are interested, we are both in our late 40's and got our C-cards about a year and half ago, I have 50+ logged dives, my wife has more! We live in O'side so it is easy for us to dive LA/San Diego area. Our last dive was friday the 2nd at Anacapa on the Spectre out of Ventura, vis truly did suck...but what the hell at least we got wet.
