Install a type III MSD and get familiar where the pumpout stations are. There is a grant program for those areas in need of a pumpout station. If I'm reading the list correctly, San Pedro 22nd Street area is lacking??? Is that right? The pumpout is generally free but maybe a $5.00 charge. Small price to pay to start turning things around.
