In order of harm (my opinion):
Sushi
Swordfish
rod and reel
spearfishing
My reasoning is that many fish must be taken to insure fresh Sushi and swordfish; rod and reelers take somewhat indiscriminately; and, spearfishers can (and should) take only what they can use. I spearfish, though I also eat seafood in restaurants.
