Steve Kenney diving at Anacapa. Can't get any more caustic to the enviroment that Steven.

But of the 4 choices, I'd say eating at a restaurant. I think Red Lobster collectively causes more damage by it's purchasing policies and customer sales than any single other chain restaurant, including most any sushi bar. Two exceptions perhaps, Sushi Boy and that other local LA chain who's name escapes me.
