Chris, Naui has changed to Lloyd's. NAUI is doing there insurance this year, in house. I was told that the reason they changed had to do with price and coverage.
I don't think your situation had anything to do with it. But, I was also told that they may take out the automatic additional insure out of the policy (you will have to list each one, PADI has already done this).
