Not sure about the knob mounts, but they are a perfect fit on my Twin Jets. The original straps are held in by a pin on each side of the fin. 2 taps with a countersink pops them right out. The spring straps came with a length of semi-flexible wire. A couple minutes playing with a pair of pliers and you'll have the wire threaded properly. On knob style fins I guess you could either wrap teh wire around the knob or drill a hole through the knob.
