Three of the five dive shops in Monterey pump Nitrox
(two of those pump trimix too). The one dive boat
with an on-board compressor pumps Nitrox. I think
all the boats the fill on shore will provide Nitrox
if you let them know ahead of time. It's not
terribly expensive: Fills to 36 are about $6.50 on
a card of 24 fills.

A fair number of shops in Silicon Valley pump it
too.

Every place I've been in the tropics the past few
years has pumped Nitrox (Belize, Cocos, Fiji).
