Bird Rock just off Isthmus Catalina, more correctly called White Rock, is for sale for $2.3 Mil. Some think it is a bit overpriced with no water, no good landing and only 2 inches of bird guano on it. Then if you want to do something with it, you will have further discussions with some friendly environmentalists, but what the hay. Be the first on your block....
