Catalina was worse on Sunday than it was two weeks ago.
However on the backside of San Clemente a few spots had 60 to 80 ft. visability, even under the dark kelp mat.
The answer is go to San Clemente, it is better there. It is now about 30 ft. visability in the "bad" spots at Clemente and more in the good spots.
