I have preferred to dive with Ocean Divers. They
run pretty reasonable trips and do the local wrecks
more often than not. They also have EANx available.
Find them at www.oceandivers.com. If you can get on
either the Duane or Bibb wrecks you will have a
blast. Their shallow reef dives at Pennekamp are
cool too.
