We dove the Star of Scotland (Sanata Monica Bay) Saturday morning and therwe was a definite red tide. However, it was only about 3' deep and opened up below that. But you may find that in shallower water (like at Leo) it mixes more fully in the water column. We had similar conditions along PV and the red tide there went down to about 10-15' (and the water was butt-cold . . . 55-50º!!!!!!!).
