I was surfing the net and came across the site www.scubatow.com
This site sells plans to build your own diver proplusion vehicle (DPV) for about three hundred dollars in parts. It all seems pretty legit, but has anyone had any experience with these home-built DPV's? The site claims that they operate as well as (or better than) commercial DPV's costing into the thousands of dollars. I was just wondering if anyone had an opinion on this issue. It might be worth checking out. Thanks!
