Not only do I make my occasional dive gear purchases at Pacific Wilderness (although not many. I have too much gear as it is) but I recommend them to others as well. Word of mouth is a very good thing for business. I worked at a dive shop for nearly a decade and can honestly say that the number one complaint I heard about other shops was short fills. For something as simple as a good fill a shop can count on repeat business and new business by word of mouth. Good fill = Good will.
