You'll find that many integrated weight systems are only secured with velcro and you are almost gauranteed to have them accidently ditch if you catch the velcro flap on a lobster bag, rocks, line, or any of the multitude of other things that your belly is likely to scrape against while diving. I lost mine twice in with a SeaQuest ProQD. On top of this, most vest style BCs cover so much of your torso that they don't leave room for an old fashioned weight belt so it forces you to use the often dangerous integrated weight system they provide. BP&Wings rock - all that covers your front side is 2 2" wide shoulder straps, a waist strap, and a crotch strap. It's simple, streamlined, rock-solid on your body, and can be adjusted to fit anyone perfectly.
