Hello, I am looking for some advice about diving in california. We are a group 3 English men travelling through California next week. We want to go scuba diving somewhere but have no idea where is best along the California coast.

Also one of us is an Advanced PADI diver and the other two have dived a few times but have no qualifications. We are looking for a package that get us out in to the ocean within a day, for minimum costs...

any suggestions??
