I have an old Monitor as well (though I just recently upgraded, mostly out of fear of an old and unsupported computer; however, I still kinda prefer my old Monitor my newer and fancier one). A few diveshops will still service these, and even replace the battery - the last one I used was up in Seattle and they seemed to do a fine job. Unfortunately I don't recall the name of the shop but if you hunt around I'm sure you could find it. Good luck.
